FEEL Teacher

Description

‘FEEL Teacher’ training programme develops human relations skills in a teacher. It takes a teacher through clarifications of certain important concepts in education and school systems, and classroom functions. The basic theme is the leadership of the teacher in the classroom instead of the guru-shishya concept. The teacher learns to lead students through learning situations in a democratic way keeping in mind the values of present day societies. 

Methodology

Experiential learning will be the methodology adopted for the training programme.
